- Drive and implement all marketing activities to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing mix, inbound and
outbound - Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
- Implement and leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies
- Work with the Sales team to ensure all marketing goals, campaigns, and strategies are aligned with the sales strategy
- Utilize critical market and competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition, and implement the best market-penetration strategy
- Manage external agencies and relationships with marketing services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industry thought- leaders, marketing associations and advisors
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing
2. Communications or a related field.
3. At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, sales, or a similar role in the commercial sector.
4. Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and strategies of our product

Job Description
Core responsibilities:
• Establish, report, and follow up all on non-conformance activities
• Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility
• Attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants, etc.
• Conduct daily briefings with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress to anticipate any possible delays with regard to planned tasks
• Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time
• To assist the project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities for the assigned project
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance of all subcontractors:
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction that affect the quality of work performed.
• Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and the completion of the necessary rectification works:
• Attend to Meetings with owners to solve technical issues and other related matters.
• Provide Technical Support to other site team members.
Job Specifications
• 3 to 5 years experfornce as a Site Engineer
• Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Possess a sound understanding of drawings, the interfaces between different objects and systems

Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor
• Assist with construction, contract administration, and settlement of construction disputes
• Represent the business at the design team and progress meetings
• Contribute to reviews of our appointment documentation
• Assist in securing new and repeat business
• Reports directly to the Project Manager
• Manage correspondence, including the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, and early settlement of disputes/claims
• Early Warning Notices

• Assisting the project manager with valuation of works to invoice customers
• Arrange off-site material visits and payment
Qualifications for Quantity Surveyor
• Working towards MRICS
• Experience in delivering projects under the NEC3 form of contract
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related
•Capable of working on own initiative but also as part of the overall contracts team
• Assisting the Project project manager with the management of subcontractors, including the assessment and selection, placing orders, and financial control of work undertaken
• Ensure that up-to-date project files are maintained
